Disability and Ability Differences as Diversity; Compliance vs Inclusion Practices

The presentation will highlight the often hidden challenges experienced by workers with disabilities and divergent abilities, and how challenges may yield inequities for those workers. The distinction between compliance and inclusion will be described and discussed in the context of identifying strategies to reduce inequities for workers with disabilities and divergent abilities.
